SV2 and LimeCulture are looking for a National ISVA Coordinator (for Hard to Reach Groups).
SV2 are working with LimeCulture and partners within the police to develop an innovative national service for victims of sexual violence from hard to reach groups. This is currently a 12-month temporary position with the potential for extension beyond the pilot phase.
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Independent Sexual Violence Adviser to provide an empathic and pro-active support service to hard to reach groups, via a National Advice Line, to victims of sexual violence aged 18 + and their families/advocates.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic ISVA to develop a new project.
The is full time position working 37.5 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
This position comes with an unqualified salary of £23,038, increasing to £25,538 per annum once qualified. With 27 days annual leave per annum plus Bank Holidays.

Five GCSEs Grade C or above or a higher level qualification
Two year’s direct practice in managing complex client cases including safeguarding
Experience of building relationships with partner services and other professionals
To be a team player, excellent communicator and flexible in approach, attitude and work.
Experience of project development
Driving licence and access to a car with business insurance
