CORE Services
SV2 is commissioned by Derbyshire Police & Crime Commissioner’s CORE service which includes providing the Children’s ISVA (CHISVA) support and online safety advice.

SV2 are pleased to announce that as part of the CORE service, we will soon be able to offer:
- Consent workshops in schools
- Support the SRE curriculum through e-learning
- Training for other agencies and professionals
- A specialist Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) to reduce the risk of sexual exploitation.
What are the CORE (Cope and Recover) services?
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Derbyshire is responsible for commissioning emotional and practical support services for victims’ of crime who reside in the county.
These CORE services include support for:
- General victims
- Young people
- Domestic abuse victims
- Sexual assault victims.
In addition, there is also dedicated support for victims of Sexual Exploitation (SE), Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), Hate Crime and a Restorative Justice (RJ) support service. The organisations which provide these services have agreed to work together to give the best possible support to victims’ in Derbyshire. SV2 is one of the organisations working to provide some of these services.
